What we can tell you, is Bazaar’s much-loved marketplace – style breakfast has an exciting refreshed selection of new interactive stations and theatrical presentations.
An extension of Executive Chef Ryan Henley’s focus on local and sustainable ingredients, highlights include a waffle station with a spread of sweet and savoury toppings, free-range organic Spanish-style eggs, that are locally sourced of course, and homemade rosti and lamb sausages, all the way from Royalburn Station. And oh… honey, we can’t forget our 120 000 bees, who are onsite and ready to provide you with the best nectar for a morning sweet treat.
